Photoshop CC Tutorial: How to Change Eye Color in Photoshop
This tutorial uses Quick Mask Mode, The Brush Tool, Hue and Saturation Adjustment Layer, and General Masking/Selection Techniques.
Using Quick Mask Mode (shortcut Q) you use of soft brush (black) to select the area you want to change the color of (this will show on you screen as red) once you’ve made your selection, invert that selection (ctrl+i or cmd+i). Then in your layers panel create a new Hue and Saturation Adjustment Layer from you selection.
Click Colorize and manipulate the sliders to change the color as you see fit.
